• Yes, that's right, love your item or return it within 30 days for your money back excluding postage. In the unlikelihood that we let you down, we will take 100% responsibility and will reimburse you for any postage costs paid within reason. 

Your item MUST be sent back in the condition that it was received. For brand new items; tags must be intact, packaging must be undamaged and, anything that can affect us being able to resell the product elsewhere may result in a partial refund only.

When your item is being sent back it must be sent via a trackable method and tracking numbers are necessary. Sufficient packaging must be used and in case of any damages upon the return, the refund amount may be impacted, see our guidelines for returning your item.

After 30 days we reserve the right to decline your return which is subject to our choice, any breach of our policy may result in account suspension.
