Refund policy

We want you to be pleased with your order. If for any reason you are unhappy with your product and would like a refund or exchange then please return it to us within 30 days of receipt in an unused condition and in original packaging for your money back excluding postage. In the unlikelihood that we let you down, we will take 100% responsibility and will reimburse you for any postage costs paid. This will have to be agreed upon beforehand. 

Your item MUST be sent back in the condition that it was received. For brand new items; tags must be intact, packaging must be undamaged and, anything that can affect us being able to resell the product elsewhere may result in a partial refund only.

When your item is being sent back it must be sent via a trackable method and tracking numbers are necessary. Sufficient packaging must be used and in case of any damages upon the return, the refund amount may be impacted, see our guidelines for returning your item. After 30 days we reserve the right to decline your return which is subject to our choice, any breach of our policy may result in account suspension. 

  • We are happy to replace most products but there are some exceptions that cannot be returned unless they are faulty. These products include earrings and made to order furniture and sofas.
  • With the exception of faulty goods Carved Culture is not responsible for the cost of returning products. We always advise that you obtain a proof of postage with valid tracking details when returning an item. 
  • Please allow up to 10 working days for us to receive your return and communicate receipt of the goods
