The all natural modern Chi bowls have been made entirely from coconut shell. The Chi bowls have been made by carefully removing the fruit and milk from the inside of each bowl and then after that, processing begins by polishing each bowl with multiple polishing grades until this luxurious dark brown colour is achieved.
These chi bowls have been handmade / carved by skilled artisans in Vietnam. All of their coconut products are pure and natural. Each one has ridged grooves on the outside, and inside it is lightly finished with cashew nut oil which leaves it with a smooth but subtle shine. Due to the handmade nature of these products designs may slightly vary but loveliness comes as standard. They are made entirely by hand using traditional skills handed down from generation to generation.
Coconuts are one of the most sustainable crops, the shell is multipurpose and is used for a variety of crafts and as coconut is grown typically for its fruit, milk and oil, this means that the shell gets a new lease of life instead of being added to landfill. On top of that, the environmental impact of coconut is also very low because growing coconuts doesn't require the use of pesticides or herbicides.
