UK Mainland & Isle of Wight

Delivery is FREE for all orders in UK Mainland & Isle of Wight

Small items (eg: keyring, shakers, candle holders, etc) are sent for delivery by Royal Mail and will take 2-3 working days.

Medium sized items (eg: shamanic drums, lampshades, bowl sets)  are sent out by our parcel courier, they aim to get your items to you within 3-5 working days and will require a signature* Please specify a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for the parcel.

Large items including furniture and rugs depending on the size may be delivered via a pallet. Pallet companies usually drop off the pallet to the customers door, however sometimes they may leave it on the side of the street. Some drivers will not help with the pallet. Large products and those that are made to order may be out of stock and if this is the case, and the item is not in our warehouse, delivery could be made after a few months. You can cancel the order at any time up until the item is dispatched, after that, you will have to pay for the return pallet unless the product arrives damaged. 

We aim to dispatch your order on the same day (excluding weekends) or the next working day. However, at busy times please allow longer for delivery.

We have been providing exceptional services to schools and private customers all over the world for many years. We have built a reliable network of shipping partners, allowing us to send orders of any size to almost any destination, whether it's by air or sea. Each order is unique, and we'll provide the most cost-effective, speedy and reliable delivery options.

Our main warehouse is in the UK but we supply customers in countries all over the world, and offer an array of different shipping options. When ordering through our website, you'll be able to see the delivery cost for international orders weighing more than 1kg, in some cases these postage estimates can be quite high and we would recommend reaching out to us for a more accurate postage cost. In this case, you'll be able to confirm the order after we have provided you with an accurate quote and you have accepted the shipping costs. Please note that international orders must be paid for in full prior to dispatch.
