Q) Can I ask a question about one of your products?


To ask a question about one of our online products, simply contact us in any method of your choosing, and we will reply to you within 24 hours.


Q) Can I change my delivery address after paying for my order?


Unfortunately, it isn’t possible to change your delivery address after you’ve submitted an order. However, if you contact us we may be able to help you.

Q) How do I return an item?


Returning an item is really easy. You will need to notify us of a problem and once we have accepted the return, we will ask you to package the item sufficiently and take it to a post office where you will send it back to us via a trackable method. Sometimes we may give you a return label.


Q) Can I cancel my order?


Orders can only be cancelled if you haven’t yet received an order confirmation. If you have already received an order confirmation, we are unable to cancel your order. You will be able to return the items once they have been delivered.
