We aim to respond to all emails within 24 hours however during busy periods it may take longer.
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
Unfortunately, it isn’t possible to change your delivery address after you’ve submitted an order. However, if you contact us we may be able to help you.
To ask a question about one of our online products, send us an email at email@example.com and we aim to reply to you within 24 hours however during busy periods it may take longer.
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process. Once we have accepted the return, we will ask you to package the item sufficiently and take it to a post office where you will send it back to us via a trackable method.

Orders can only be cancelled if you haven’t yet received an order confirmation. If you have already received an order confirmation, we are unable to cancel your order. You will be able to return the items once they have been delivered.
