Evanescense - My Immortal (kalimba tutorial)

The indie-rock track by American band 'Evanescense' was released in 2003 on their album called 'Fallen'. Ben Moody produced the track, and he also worked with Amy Lee and David Hodges to write the lyrics. Since then, it has been covered by Gregorian in 2004 and by Lindsey Stirling in 2012.

The sad song is known for its piano melody, and in the music video, a woman is lying down expressing her sadness. At different parts of the video, she is lying on things such as a piece of wood, a car and when she is moving, it is prolonged. The song is about her sadness, pain and despair that won't heal. Although she is with someone, she still feels alone. Below you will find the number and letter notes to play the track on the kalimba.
