Love Me Tender (Kalimba Tab)

Love me tender is an adaption of a civil war song by Aura Lee that was originally published in 1861. Later in 1956, the song was released again but with the lyrics. It is a very popular song by Elvis Presley.

The song has since been played around the globe, making it onto multiple films and television shows including but not exclusive to FM, Touched By Love, This is Elvis, Porky's Revenge, Wild at Heart and Die Hard 2.

The music itself is very relaxing and can be played to help your children sleep at night. Alternatively, it can also be used to introduce them to music from a young age. Being relatively simple to play, it's a fantastic introduction to music and a song that your child can easily pick up.

Once they begin to understand how to play the chords on the kalimba, they can begin singing along to the lyrics too! Before you know it, they’ll be running around the house playing music all day. This can later be transferred to other instruments and therefore provides a fantastic foundation for your child’s musical ability.
