The geometric design on this Inca ocarina has been hand painted onto the traditional clay woodwind instrument. The boxed Inca ocarina has been handmade by skilled artisans in Peru who started the making process by creating a mouthpiece from clay. After that, using a flat stick to allow air in, it is then added to a bigger piece of clay which will form the rest of the ocarina.
This is a good sized large ocarina which is sold in an attractive box. To play the Inca ocarina simply cover the holes on the back and front of the ocarina, lift the fingers to create different notes. Have fun and experiment. Caring for your ocarina, as they are made of clay they should not be dropped as they can smash.
Due to the handmade nature of these products designs may slightly vary but loveliness comes as standard. Each one is uniquely hand painted and comes in assorted designs. This Peruvian ocarina is made entirely by hand using traditional skills handed down from generation to generation. Clay is a natural sustainable material that has been used by humans for centuries.
