The music video and song is based on sex appeal towards women. The scenery on the video is beautiful beaches and mountains. There are women under the sea, dancing around together, having fun on boats and swimming in a pool. The song is based upon sexual organs being 'blown' and doesn't have a very good view on women. I would say the song is quite inappropriate in the views of women and has a different meaning than just a 'whistle'
